Equipment needed: 1 heavy DB (20lbs), 2 light/med DB (5-10lbs), chair. 10 exercises consisting of 50-second moves followed by a 10-second break. You'll repeat the entire sequence to complete this 20-minute workout. It's a combination of cardio exercises to get your heart rate up, followed by some strength and toning exercises. This is a perfect workout as an add-on to a cardio or core workout, but it's also challenging enough as a standalone workout when pressed for time.
